What it means | Ingredients will sometimes stick to the container in which they are cooked. If you don't use a non-stick pan you must grease the cooking container before you fill it with the ingredients. To do this rub butter or oil all over the inside of the tray / tin or heat proof bowl. A good tip is to use the wrapper from your butter if it comes wrapped up - It is greasy on only one side and it is easy to hold. |
